Scope
These terms cover your use of the Sartoria Systems website — browsing, the contact form, the newsletter signup, and account login. They do not constitute a service contract; any paid engagement is governed by its own written specification and agreement, signed separately.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through the contact or signup forms.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Let us know immediately at sartoriasystems@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Inquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact form or requesting a quote does not create a binding engagement. Work begins only after a written specification and pricing are mutually agreed.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to Sartoria Systems unless otherwise noted. Code and deliverables produced for a client engagement are governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by these terms.
No warranty on site content
This site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is current — for a binding quote, contact us directly.
