Who we are
This site is operated by Sartoria Systems, an IT engineering firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. For any question about this policy or your data, write to sartoriasystems@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you submit directly through this site:
- Contact form — name, email, company, team size, tech stack, project description, budget range, and timeline, so we can assess and respond to your inquiry.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, used solely to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Account login / signup — first name, last name, email, company, and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Cookies — a small set of functional cookies for keeping you signed in, remembering your dark/light theme preference, and remembering your cookie-consent choice. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form or newsletter is used only to respond to your inquiry or send the updates you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
How we store it
Data is stored in our application database and is accessible only to authorized Sartoria Systems personnel. We retain contact inquiries and newsletter subscriptions for as long as is reasonably useful for following up on your engagement, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, by emailing sartoriasystems@gmail.com. We respond to these requests within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
