Do you work with fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Fixed-price, always. We agree the scope, write the spec, and agree the price before a line of code is written. We've never sent a surprise invoice.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
It will. We expect it. Small changes are absorbed; larger changes go through a lightweight change request process. You always know the updated cost before we proceed.
Do you work with startups?
Yes, but we're most useful to companies that have found their market and need to build properly — not companies that are still searching for product-market fit. If you're pre-seed, we're probably not the right fit.
Can you maintain something you didn't build?
Yes. We'll spend one to two weeks auditing the codebase and infrastructure first, then give you an honest assessment before we agree to take it on.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, always. We sign your NDA before the first call if you'd prefer. All client details are treated as confidential by default regardless of whether an NDA is in place.
What are your payment terms?
50% at specification approval, 50% at delivery. For engagements over $50k, we agree a milestone-based schedule during the spec process.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We're based in Pune, India and work with clients across India, the US, and Europe. Time zone overlap is discussed at the beginning of every engagement.
